The Brandon Honda employees that worked with me in my new vehicle purchase, a 2012 Hond Accord SE, were very friendly and provided me with all the vehicle information I needed to select a vehicle, which was vehicle purchase, a 2012 Hond Accord SE, were very friendly and provided me with all the vehicle information I needed to select a vehicle, which was perfect for my needs. They were very patient in working out a financial package which worked out for my income. They gave me a price which I was not able to find in other Honda dealers I had visited. I bought a new Honda Civic on June 30th from a salesperson who is no longer with the company. He gave inaccurate information regarding the incentives and features of the car I bought. After bringing the car home and realizing it didn't come with what he said were features, I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sam Raabe. I went in and met with him regarding the issues and he apologized for the incorrect information, made concessions for the misinformation I was given and impressed me with his desire make my car buying experience a positive one. Thank you Sam for the excellent customer service I received. Five weeks after buying the car, we had an accident that caused extensive damage. I had the car towed to Nufinish and due to issues with availability of parts needed from Honda, was told after two weeks that it would be another few weeks before I could expect to have my car repaired. I contacted Brandon Honda to see if there was anything they could do to help. Sean Visconte and Tim Eldredge came to my rescue. They arranged to get the parts from another vehicle to repair my car, hand delivered them to Nufinish and getting my car returned to me quickly. Their hard work and dedication to a customer kept me from having to run over the 30 days of a rental car covered by my insurance and allowed me to have my car back in time to take my much needed vacation - a 1500 mile trip to visit my grandson. These wonderful guys are a great asset to Brandon Honda - thank you all for everything you did! More

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever experienced. Our salesman Shawn Yang and the general sales manager Sam Raabe were both professional and customer focused. I have worked in a customer service position for the past 20 years and currently hold a supervisory position. I realize how important focusing on providing customers with an excellent experience is. From the moment I set foot on the Brandon Honda property, that is exactly what happened. I couldn't stand around for more than 5 minutes at a time without being asked if someone was helping me. Shawn and Sam honored my buying service quote instantly with their low price guarantee as well as their 3 day exchange policy. We took a Pilot home only to decide we needed to change over to the Odyssey. Shawn returned calls when promised and kept us informed and in the loop from beginning to end. We could not be happier with the service we received and our new vehicle. Shawn and Sam have a laser focus on making sure they are providing for the needs of their customers and made us feel valued through the entire process. Because of them, Brandon Honda has earned our long term business and we will refer all of our friends and relatives. I especially want to call out Shawn Yang who made what is usually such a negative experience into something actually enjoyable. He has a modest personality and caring attitude which is rare in today's business world especially at an auto dealership. Don my salesman was AWESOME- he did everything and anything to get the sale done! He answered everyone of my emails and phone calls. When he said he was going to call me back.....he did...that is VERY anything to get the sale done! He answered everyone of my emails and phone calls. When he said he was going to call me back.....he did...that is VERY important to me. Chris and Sam........AWESOME to deal with too! VERY friendly and they got it done! The 3 people I dealt with at Brandon Honda had the "whatever it takes to get the deal done" and they meant it! There were no "surprises" when signed the paperwork....like "other" dealerships! They meant what they said and they said what they meant! I will refer this Dealership and Don, Chris and Sam over and over again! :) More

We arrived at the dealer before they opened and got the chance to meet Tony as he was walking into a morning meeting. He was very professional and just wanted us to take our time and find the right car for chance to meet Tony as he was walking into a morning meeting. Sam made us feel "special" by stopping by and telling Tony to skip the morning meeting and that us being there was way more important and he would update Tony later. We test drove a couple cars before going with the Accord and love the car! Tony was very helpful and made the car shopping experience fun (Great test drives). Financing was quick and gave us options that fit our needs. This is the 2nd car we have bought from Brandon Honda and will continue to be loyal customers as long as people like Tony and Sam work there. More

Originally my husband and I walked in to buy his leased Honda and we ended up walking out with a new one :) While we never intended to buy a new Accord, we never felt pressure or rushed. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, patient and friendly. They made our choice an easy one and we walked out very satisfied in our decision and with a smile on our face thanks to those two!!! While it's never a short process, they made it enjoyable. Sam and Tony took the time to get to know us, found ways to relate and we truly had great conversations :) We thank them both for all their help!!! More

Everyone has been fantastic. This has been the best sales experience with buying a car so far. I've owned cars from other dealers and it was always very robotic. After having had a horrible experience at Hondaland in Tampa, I was looking for someplace else to have my new 2011 CRV-EXL serviced besides there... Hondaland had lied to me and my husband to sell us our Tampa, I was looking for someplace else to have my new 2011 CRV-EXL serviced besides there... Hondaland had lied to me and my husband to sell us our new 2011 CRV instead of a 2012 in October 2011 by telling us that there was NO difference except a few cosmetic changes between the 2011 and 2012 so we should take the lease deal on the 2011 instead of waiting for a 2012. They said they were not on the lot yet. Just a month or so later Hondaland sent us one of their mass mailings about how dramatically changed the new 2012 CRV was from the 2011 with now standard fog lights, backup camera and econo mode engine features along with other upgrades.. plus.. the lease payment was much less now for the same car, and at other Honda dealerships we received mailers indicating even less payments and no down payment required.. we had put $2K down and were paying well over $100 from what they were advertising! We were disgusted and let them know the answer basically was "uhh"... or in effect so what... So we went to Brandon Honda, they had sent a Memorial Day flyer out with great prices on the 2012's. My mother and I had gone there to "check them out" earlier and Grant Hocking had spent well over an hour with us graciously looking at the various models and explaining all the features on them with a great easy going no pressure attitude. Although my mother and I had told him we were just window shopping he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to take all the time we needed to show us around. So now several weeks later we had come down again since I wanted my husband to go with me to see what he thought of the new 2012 Honda Crosstour that I had seen then. He was sold and their great sales manager Sam and then Finance Rich and Hassain were so easy to work with and gave us a screaming deal on our new lease of the 2012 Crosstour! We are happy to have found these folks and want to let anyone else out there to give them a try and see how different this dealership is! Go see Grant and enjoy the day. More

Having a career in customer service it is important to me that I receive the best in customer service. Brandon Honda gave me that. Tony Montesano was all about customer service and satisfaction. Sam worked the numbers that put us in a new Pilot. Hassan did the paperwork and did it with ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Brandon Honda and Tony as your sales consultant.
