Everything was explained to me for what was done and what my vehicle needed. wait time was good. The service department was excellent. I wondered around and looked at some of the new vehicles while I was the my vehicle needed. wait time was good. The service department was excellent. Very tempting but no one could give me a trade in value for my vehicle unless I committed myself to buy another vehicle on the spot. That says to me run don’t walk from the sales department and get a valuation from another dealership. More

The advisor was very friendly, I liked him personally, but he was unable to effectively resolve the problem with my car. Also, he did not call me with updates. Only when I called myself did I get feedba but he was unable to effectively resolve the problem with my car. Also, he did not call me with updates. Only when I called myself did I get feedback. He explained that they were overwhelmed with work. I am taking my car to another dealer. Hopefully they will have enough staff to help me. More
