Very tempting but no one could give me a trade in value for my vehicle unless I committed myself to buy another vehicle on the spot. That says to me run don’t walk from the sales department and get a valuation from another dealership.

Right after leaving the lot, we realized one of the car’s lights wasn’t working, and instead of taking responsibility, they told us we have to pay for the repair. I’m still waiting for them to fix the light — it’s been ridiculous.
To make things even worse, my insurance just called saying the information they got doesn’t match what the DMV has on file. When I contacted the DMV, they confirmed that Pedder Nissan submitted the paperwork incorrectly.
I’ve called the dealership several times, left messages, and nobody answers or calls back. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid Pedder Nissan at all costs!
