Kids area in the waiting room is absolutely disgusting
and sad. Waited just over an hour for my oil change as expected with my 3 year old son. To keep him entertained and with respect for the other guest

To keep him entertained and with respect for the other guest waiting we hung out in the disgusting playroom where there was only 1 dirty toy to play with. The tv wasn’t on and every single chair in that room looked like it was barfed on. I stood the entire time in that room because it was that gross. Please keep in mind for the families that come through. I was considering looking at cars but knowing it could be a bit of a lengthy process I will look at a different dealership that is cleaner for my family.
