courteous. However, the next day when I returned to pick up my car, he was off duty, and another service adviser assisted me. I noticed that my car's

When I mentioned this to the adviser, instead of apologizing, he became defensive and argumentative, saying things like "We are not perfect" and "Are you perfect?" That is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.
