So, when I purchased my Cadillac XT5 from Paul Conte Cadillac on Columbus Day 2022, it felt like I was honoring a family tradition. The car itself has been mostly fine. But from the beginning, dealing with Paul Conte Cadillac has been frustrating. When I initially bought the car, there were issues, and I was tempted to return it and head across the street to Land Rover. However, the dealership wooed me back with promises—price reductions, free oil changes, whatever they could do to save the sale. To their credit, they did save me money, and the service team has been helpful. But the real trouble began when I started trying to figure out what to do as my lease was coming to an end. With my lease ending in October 2024 and my financial situation tight due to my wife’s cancer diagnosis earlier this year, I reached out to explore my options for buying out the lease. Anthony in sales was great at first—he seemed compassionate and understanding. He asked me to call him on 10/8, and he’d help me with the lease buyout. I did, and followed up multiple times on 10/10, 10/11, and 10/13. Each time, I was told he was available, but I’d just get sent to voicemail, and none of my calls were returned. When I finally got through to someone else, instead of getting the help I needed, I was pushed toward setting up a test drive, despite explaining that I’m my wife’s primary caregiver and can’t risk exposing her to anything. All I wanted was to discuss the buyout options, but it felt like no one was listening. Now, I have to physically go to the dealership, putting my wife at risk, just to get answers. It’s beyond frustrating. Isn’t selling cars the whole point of a dealership? Why is it so difficult to have a conversation about buying out a lease? It’s as if, once you’re no longer an easy sale, they stop caring. If you’re considering buying your dream Cadillac from Paul Conte, remember my story. Their interest in you seems to vanish once you drive off the lot. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I can't help but feel it tarnishes the Cadillac brand. More

I’ve been getting my cars from them for probably 20 years and they are always competitive. The service department is first rate and they go out of their way to help you. and they are always competitive. The service department is first rate and they go out of their way to help you. More
