My wife and I drove up yesterday from Indpls to buy a Lexus at a dealership in Schaumburg. I really loved the Nightfall Mica exterior, but the experience was terrible, so we left. I then call Angelique w Lexus at a dealership in Schaumburg. I really loved the Nightfall Mica exterior, but the experience was terrible, so we left. I then call Angelique who quickly set an appointment for us. It was a breath of fresh air from the moment we walk in. Your showroom was spotless and we were greeted as soon as we walked in, and were quickly introduced to Adam. The Lexus was parked outside, waiting for us to take it for a drive. We heard some grinding noise with the rear brakes, and Adam was quick to bring Steve into the conversation. Steve said he would make it right by fixing the grinding noise, which was an issue with the rear rotors. We quickly agreed on a sales price, and started the paperwork while the repairs were being made. We ended up financing about 40% of the cost. Edward in finance was easy to work with, and didn’t try any hard pressure “add on’s”. When we were ready to go Adam topped off the gas tank. As we were getting ready to leave, I noticed a crack in the front bumper. Again Steve took charge, and said he would contact the Lexus dealer in Indpls to get us an appointment to get an estimate to repair the cracked bumper. I have an appointment on Monday morning!! Even though we live in Indpls, we will be back when it’s time for my wife to get a car. I can’t say enough about how well Adam and Steve treated us!! Mike More

I have always had an excellent experience here with the sales department and also with the service department so I chose to purchase another Toyota from this particular dealership. It also was a reason I opted to stick with Toyota over purchasing an Acura. I knew I would be taken care of at this dealership after the sale. My family has purchased 3 vehicles here and have always had a stellar service. The sales team was very friendly and accommodating. I purchased a certified used 2020 highlander hybrid with 5000 miles versus new. I felt the difference in my experience. I spent $42,000 on my vehicle and was told I could not have a full tank of gas because it was used. The principle of this dampens my overall experience as well as the massive up charging on the warranties. 42k and I can’t get $20 worth of gas to fill the tank? I also had requested to have it cleaned inside due to there being sticky marks in cup holders and an abundance of crumbs. The cups holders up front were crusty which makes it appear the cars were cleaned properly in between loaner users in the midst of the pandemic. This morning in daylight I was appalled by the inside and had to clean the crumbs, sticky marks and crust out myself. The exterior was very clean. Again, I spent quite a bit of money here and this certified experience left me regretful in not just buying a new car. However, a dealership should provide the same service regardless. I would also like to say that inside of the dealership was spaced out well for COVID precautions. The problem is that 75% of the staff inside didn’t have their noses covered by the mask and removing masks when going in offices. As a healthcare worker, I was very disappointed. I had my 2 children with me and was very grateful that Ilene was accommodating and willing to do most of the transaction outside where they could stay safely in the car. Sammy brought coloring books and crayons for the kids, which loved and it kept them preoccupied. She stayed later to make sure that I was set up with the new car and understood some of the features with the Hybrid. More
