I decided to visit BMW of Catonsville at the recommendation of a friend and I was put into contact with Benn Edwards in sales and Jamie Brenneman in service. From my first visit with each of them, I immediately experienced everything that I had always loved about my former dealership before their decline. Although I was a first time customer at Catonsville, I was made to feel as valued as if I had been here for decades and I became immediately comfortable. The sales process was smooth and flawless, the service department is expertly and efficiently run, and I do not see myself working with any other dealership than Catonsville, any other sales representative than Benn Edwards, or any other service representative than Jamie Brenneman. If you are in the market for a BMW and value outstanding customer service, this is where you want to do business. More
