New car had serious problems on the way home from the dealership. It took four calls to get help to limp home. We live 100 miles away and the dealership was closing at the time. At no point did the dealership reach out to us. Even when I responded to the email that said let me know if there’s any reason you can’t give a five star rating. They got their money and washed their hands. More

Went to get new vehicle since the original one was not operating properly. Thought they had everything ready and we only needed to sign papers. The dealership advertised the truck we purchased for 24,998. We decided to purchase. When we looked at the paperwork a 3995.oo package was included. We stated we did NOT want the package at all multi 24,998. We decided to purchase. When we looked at the paperwork a 3995.oo package was included. We stated we did NOT want the package at all multiple times. We were told it could NOT be removed. The packaged was " discounted" to 1500 ( huge eye roll) this put the cost out of my sons price range. I'm angry we were forced to spend an extra 1500 we didn't have. It's SHADY and We won't be back. We were told it's in the fine print. If you have to put it in fine print it's SHADY. The sales people did a good job...this is not thier fault. It turns my stomach when we are trying to get my son into an affordable reliable work vehicle only to have managment explain that a package can not be removed no matter that we have nothing tangible on the vehicle to show for the extra money. Then less than 2 hours after leaving the lot we discovered that the truck had a headlight out and a low tire. poor job make ready. Dissapointed over all. More
