Starting in November, Ryan Yee greeted me at the dealership and he listened to my requirements in an SUV. As an artist, i need to have back gate accommodate a 48” wide up to 72” long painting.. I brought a 48” wide canvas with me and he allowed me to slip it into a 350 TX on the lot. I even had space to spare. Wow ! Let’s order the car now to fit the balance of my needs! I waited very impatiently. My TX arrived mid January and now I am learning to drive this computer on wheels. I had an excellent hour long tutorial from Trae Harris and I will certainly sign up for more. The Metro showroom is beautiful and everyone greets and treats you as if you are in their home. More

Wow! Usually new cars are a nightmare but this was shockingly simple. I didn’t have to spend hours waiting around playing financing games. I just cannot Usually new cars are a nightmare but this was shockingly simple. I didn’t have to spend hours waiting around playing financing games. I just cannot express how easy Ryan made my leasing process. He didn't waste any time at all. Ryan knows his stuff and got right to the brass tacks so that neither of us felt like we were wasting time. The efficiency and respect of my time is something I don't see at a lot of other dealerships. It also felt like Ryan was trying to find the right car for me instead of make a sale. When he could have obviously steered me toward the larger (and more expensive) RZ450e, he listened and carefully considered my needs before ultimately suggesting the 300e. Factors like that build a lot of goodwill with me, so I will definitely be back here hopefully working with Ryan again when my lease is up. More
