They were more concerned about the survey getting filled out than they were about getting our truck fixed and back to us. I have no issue with the sales staff. When dealing with them, they have been easy to get along with. The service department has been the issue. I made an appointment for a couple items that had not been addressed during the previous service. Dropped my vehicle off at 7 in the morning on a Friday. It took me until the afternoon the following Wednesday to get ahold of Ryan and find out the shop was backed up and my truck hadn’t even made in to diagnosis yet. On two different occasions he had told me he would call back with an update and didn’t. I had also had two other people tell me he would call me back and he didn’t. I understand shops get backed up, but at least have the xxxxx to pick up the phone and tell me. I can accept that. I shouldn’t have to chase him over the phone, over multiple days for him to finally tell me. Because he had not been forthright and upfront, I took my vehicle to another shop. Despite the fact that one of the issues I was having was likely caused by their tech when he was trying to address one of my original concerns. More

Didn’t follow protocol of Assessing my car before fixing my recalls on my car we previously discussed about having to have it for an hour and have me wait at the dealership because I’m in a wheelchair and I my recalls on my car we previously discussed about having to have it for an hour and have me wait at the dealership because I’m in a wheelchair and I have a service dog. When I arrived and saw the situation, they changed what we had previously spoken about and said that I could just leave and they could put the order in for the parts. at my appointment I was told to come and leave my car as soon as it opened for the entire day so they would have enough time to complete the recalls. Just tell me an hour before close that they are going to start in the morning because they need a few hours even thought they’ve had my car for ten hrs at this point. When I retrieved my car, it was parked outside the service center unlocked and unsupervised and I have thousands of dollars and aftermarket stereo equipment that could’ve gotten stolen. Immediately, after driving off the lot, my speedometer was sticking and all the Stuff on my dash was not working properly, and I also found a spiced wire in the floorboard with one of my dash lights on it. I have since attempted calling the dealership two or three separate occasions and was unable to reach anyone to ask why they were under my dash in the first place. altogether bad experience . And I don’t feel secure that my car was correctly fixed. I just felt rushed out and that my car was probably half assed done for the moment to say they did it and get me out of their hair. More
