A rocky start and challenging process ultimately ended with a great outcome, and I have Justin Frits to thank for that. Justin stepped in and advocated for us even though he was not our original salesp with a great outcome, and I have Justin Frits to thank for that. Justin stepped in and advocated for us even though he was not our original salesperson, who is no longer with the company. He took the time to listen, understand our concerns, and genuinely work toward a solution. Justin is a natural born leader who truly cares about his customers, even when he wasn’t the person who originally made the sale. That says a lot about his character and the kind of person he is. Thank you, Justin, for being such a blessing to work with and for stepping up when we needed someone in our corner. You truly turned a very frustrating experience around and saved this dealership from receiving a much lower rating from us. Because of how Justin handled everything, I will absolutely trust him with our future vehicle purchases and recommend him to anyone looking for someone who genuinely has their best interest at heart. I had what I thought to be a great experience with this dealership back in January. I had a few service issues and was advised that the vehicle had been in a front end collision. This had not been reported dealership back in January. I had a few service issues and was advised that the vehicle had been in a front end collision. This had not been reported to the insurance therefore didn’t show up on Carfax. It still should have been caught upon inspection at the dealership prior to sale. The repairs fell on my responsibility. Fast forward, the NEW GM Kory came to the rescue. I went in and spoke with him and he didn’t try to hustle or hassle me whatsoever. He listened and was sympathetic and empathetic and apologetic. He went above and beyond his way to make it right. I walked in there with all intentions of getting out from under that vehicle and going to another dealership. But Kory and his saleswoman Yaru were determined to right what was wrong. I would recommend Patriot CDJR of Tulsa to anyone, especially a female buyer. Kory even took the time to show me things to look for, that would show signs of alterations, modifications, damage or repairs. He took me under the hood, around the tires and the entire car. I can’t thank him enough for making this nightmare turn into my dream vehicle. Thank you Kory and Yaru! More

really cannot understand why "they" make it obligatory to write something. if i don't wish to convey any additional thoughts, that shouldn't prevent me from sharing a kind word for dealership and staff. th write something. if i don't wish to convey any additional thoughts, that shouldn't prevent me from sharing a kind word for dealership and staff. the only worse survey is the one that inquires about my motives...myofb More
