My rear diff light came on, we researched it and found that the sensors go bad in jeeps. The service advisor told me it needed a new transfer case and TS control module. He said he could never get my warr that the sensors go bad in jeeps. The service advisor told me it needed a new transfer case and TS control module. He said he could never get my warranty on the phone. I called them and got them on the phone 3x that day but when I called the dealership to get the SA on a 3way call, they would not answer. I called the 18x. I went to the dealership and they gave me a free loaner and got my ext warrant approved. They said it would take 1.5 - 2 weeks for the part to come in, it took 3 weeks and I could not get an update on my service. I had to keep texting and reaching out with no response. After a month, I get a text that my vehicle is ready. I picked it up, drove it to my office and the light came back on. They had me bring it back and said it was sensor on the rear locker. They had it another week and then called to say it was ready. I told them I had to travel that weekend to Texas. On the way to Texas, the light came back on. I took it to the dealership in Texas where I purchased it, and they said the only way to fix this problem is a new wiring harness. They will fix it correctly. I sent a video of the light blinking on Saturday, today is Tuesday and they have still not reached out, EXCEPT the SA sent me a text of a screenshot of his user ID and PW, thinking he was sending it to his manager. Still no communication about my vehicle. Very poor communication, no customer service skills. More

I was greeted in the service lane promptly and made to feel comfortable. Was given a time that my vehicle would be ready and was invited to stay in the lounge to wait.
