Ryan was good and respected my wishes and our agreements, Jimmy was the opposite. I found that Jimmy was only concerned about making a sale, and did not respect my wishes to not contact me over the weekend b Jimmy was the opposite. I found that Jimmy was only concerned about making a sale, and did not respect my wishes to not contact me over the weekend because I was at my daughter’s sporting event. The agreement was to follow up on Monday morning when I left the dealership on Friday. Jimmy called me several times over the weekend. The other reason Jimmy almost ruined the sale was that after I explicitly informed him and Ryan that I was financing the vehicle with my own bank and not through the dealership he again called me multiple times until I returned his call. Once I returned his call, he pushed his agenda of the dealership could do the financing even though I continually told him I was using my own bank. He was relentless and extremely frustrating. To be 100% honest if I could have found the vehicle anywhere else in New England I would have gone there because of Jimmy. I am not sure why you keep him on your staff. If I was a manager at your dealership I would fire him and replace him with someone who listens the customer. More

Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed. A+ service, and worth a second chance if you ever felt disappointed. More

Friendly, knowledgeable, but need some work on communications. There was a huge problem with the delivery of the vehicle, which was not Columbia's fault, but Columbia needed to call back with upda communications. It is far better not to commit at all, than to commit and then fail to keep that commitment. More
