Brought my Silverado EV in because it was not doing its over the air updates and it had a few recalls. The appointment took 5 hours which seemed excessive. It’s frustrating you pay top dollar for a vehic over the air updates and it had a few recalls. The appointment took 5 hours which seemed excessive. It’s frustrating you pay top dollar for a vehicle and to learn a few of the updates were prior to purchasing the vehicle is frustrating. If it would haven been updated upon purchase maybe it would have been able to do over the air updates as it should be. Waiting area had coffee and some snacks, which was nice. Other dealers I have used in the past offered water and soft drinks as well as donuts. This would have been nice, 5 hours waiting for the car another option would be nice. Staff were nice and kept me informed as to when the vehicle would be done. More

I was hesitant since I have always had y vehicle serviced by Morgan GMC. Ryan was great to work with. He was very helpful. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. My truck was ready for p by Morgan GMC. Ryan was great to work with. He was very helpful. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. My truck was ready for pick up quicker than I thought it would be. I will definitely be back. More

I brought my Tahoe in because my oil pressure had started dropping from the normal 40 to 20 pounds of pressure intermently. There was no oil leaks at this time. Mechanic found several different issues add dropping from the normal 40 to 20 pounds of pressure intermently. There was no oil leaks at this time. Mechanic found several different issues adding up to either a partial rebuild or may need a total new engine. I reported this to Carshield who I have an extended warranty with. Carshield sent their representative out who plugged a meter into the system and stated everything was fine. I reported to Carshield and they declined any service as their representative stated everything was ok. During this time Ryan kept me updated as to what the your mechanic had done and what the Carshield representative had done. My only complaint was your Robotic phone system. More

I had two recent visits and had a pleasant experience all the way around. Ryan is always extremely helpful and efficient. Everyone there was very very nice. GMC just recently transferred to DAVIS Chevrolet and they have not gotten it together yet. Recently, I had my truck repaired there and it took them quite some time to receive the parts but overall they tried have not gotten it together yet. I was not given a loaner vehicle therefore I was without a vehicle for three days More
