Everything was great until I did paperwork with Brian. 99.9 of the process was awesome as I dealt with Ry'n. The only two things I was kind of disappointed with was with the fact that when doing quotes thr 99.9 of the process was awesome as I dealt with Ry'n. The only two things I was kind of disappointed with was with the fact that when doing quotes thru USAA I can add the additional 500 dollar discount as active military but I was told at the dealership that was not possible as I already had the Toyota discount, however that is not the case on USAA Auto Trader quote process as it lets you add that one and the only time you are not able to do so is if you do financing thru Toyota. So that part was a total bummer. The other thing that bugged me was when doing paperwork with Brian. I asked Brian questions regarding APR discount from USAA as I purchase through USAA car sales function and got upset and in summary briefly condescending with me and said we have nothing to do with your bank and APR. I dismissed him as I have no time to waste with an upset guy behind a desk as the process of signing paperwork is been the easiest I have dealt with for vehicle purchases in the last 15 years. Besides that, all was great until I sat with the agent and had that little moment and that's why it gets four and not five stars. More

I ordered a flywheel bolt for my vehicle and was told it would come in two days later. I had to call the day of when the part was supposed to arrive to only find out that it did not and it is in back order. I feel that the parts department or somebody should have called me inform me of this change so I could plan accordingly for transportation which is pretty key. More

Very professional while being personable. Upon walking in my family and I were greeted and helped. Ry’n listened to what we wanted and our concerns without pressuring us. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was able to address any concerns we had. Additionally, Ry’n was very good with our kids and made the shopping experience stress free. The test drive went well and we found the vehicle we wanted. When it came to the extras and the final numbers Ry’n did not pressure us and was very straight forward. Waiting for the finalization of the sale took some time and typically this can be stressful with kids with you, but this was not the case. Ry’n got the kids coloring books of their favorite super hero’s and that kept them entertained. Additionally, Ry’n put on a super hero movie for the kids. This allowed my wife and I to discuss important issues and do so in a more relaxed manner. More
