Eric answered the phone and looked for it on the lot. He found it and put a hold on it, until we could get there in about 1 1/2 hours. Eric was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered our questions thoroughly, helping us to make our decision to purchase this low mileage 2023 RAV4 hybrid XLE. We did not feel any pressure from Eric to buy this. Our previous car was a Camry. We love Toyota's reliability! We are both very pleased with our purchase. It is really good to know that there is a reputable Toyota dealership in Cochise County that strives for excellence.
