My first communication with them was when I was texting someone at 8am on a Sunday and they got back to me right away and answered my questions. No Mark ups, no dealer add ons, and they were willing to take a deposit and “order” the vehicle I wanted. Basically every other dealership was not willing to do any of those things or work with me at all. All the other dealerships were charging above MSRP, requiring dealer add-ons, and many of them wouldn’t even let you put down a deposit or get on any kind of waiting list. Ry’n was a joy to talk to, upfront, honest, kind, and helpful. It was the opposite of any experience I’ve ever had with a dealership before which is typically a nightmare. I couldn’t be happier!!! More
