I do not usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Norwalk Subaru dealership. I recently purchased a new car from them, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and comfortable. Rudy Sookraj, the salesperson who answered my call, was friendly, sincere, and attentive. I used to think buying a car was more of a "guy’s thing," but Rudy made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I also want to mention Jose Vargas, who assisted me with financing. He explained everything—including the extended warranty packages—in detail, without making me feel pressured. Additionally, I appreciate Bob, the manager, who took the time to listen to my needs and worked with me on pricing. Rudy was incredibly patient in explaining all the car’s features and even followed up afterward to ensure I had everything I needed. What I appreciated most about this dealership was that I felt valued rather than pushed. The entire dealership is clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, and I even enjoyed their muffins! More

I could not be happier with my vehicle, and the employees (or should I say Family) at Garavel Subaru. Everyone is so wonderful, and they make purchasing a vehicle so easy. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle. Rudy was very patient with us through this process, and Logan gave us a great trade-in which made this lease a very smart choice. Tom explained all the details on leasing and the process. Everyone was so kind, and the Service Department was very quick to assess our prior vehicle. I really can't say enough about Garavel Subaru....Thank you Jeremy Garavel for providing such an excellent dealership! More
