We spoke with Ruben Camarena on the phone regarding the Jeep Compass we were interested in. He was very friendly, informative and professional. We made a deal over the phone as well as an appointment at Jeep Compass we were interested in. He was very friendly, informative and professional. We made a deal over the phone as well as an appointment at the dealership. Ruben met us right away and already had the vehicle washed and waiting in the showroom. He showed us the car and all the features. When we returned to his office he had the deal we had discussed prepared with no changes or added fees. Rubens boss, Mr. Moore then met with us, reviewed the deal and discussed available warranties. We discussed and negotiated the package we wanted with no pressure. We then met with the finance manager, Colby Connie to finalize everything. He went over all the financial documents and had even contacted GNCU to inform them we were credit union members and got us a lower interest rate. Colby was thorough and pleasant to work with. Ruben then assisted me to get the Jeep app on my phone as well as connecting both our phones to the UConnect system. Ruben was awesome to work with. He made the whole process enjoyable! 5stars plus!
