I spoke to someone there several months ago, but did not get clear answers and had not purchased a plan. Rubin introduced me to Nicole DeVos who is also an excellent employee. He was thorough in explaining 'required' per manual, and 'optional' nice to add, and quoted service cost for both. He set up service date/time, received me well, arranged for a 'loaner' car, and called me back when the work was completed. Car was vacuumed from inside and wash cleaned from outside, and batteries were replaced in car keys. What impressed me about Ruben - pleasing and professional mannerism, transparency in giving information to customer and let customer make the choice (not pushy), and willingness to do a bit more than promised. Lexus at Melbourne gets credit for staffing persons like Ruben and continued service like this can retain me as a long term customer as I begin long term retirement stay in Melbourne. More
