The customer service went out of the window immediately after I purchased the car. I've been trying to get in contact with someone at the dealership (FINANCE DEPARTMENT) for days now. No one answers, no one return messages or anything. This is ridiculous. I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I will make it my business to contact Lexus corporate, the BBB, Help me Howard and every public platform that I can because this dealership if a scam and the people should know. Take your business elsewhere , try another Lexus branch because this one is very VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More
