For the mo part, Gunn has provided us fair to good service. However, there have been times that Gunn misses the mark. Two examples from this service visit should help Gunn understand my review. Although there is a $20 discount for oil change service after 1pm, the cashier and Service Rep forgot to ensure that the discount was reflected in our final bill. We ad to return for the refund. We were also advised that the engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replacement and showed us the current filters. We said no because it is basic maintenance that we can do ourselves. However, when we replaced the old cabin air filter, we discovered it had been put back incorrectly. I do not remember the names of any of the Service Department staff. More

I took my Honda CRV in on a Saturday and it was diagnosed on the following Monday.After discussing the repairs I decided to let them do the repairs and it was noted that the car would be ready on that Thursd on the following Monday.After discussing the repairs I decided to let them do the repairs and it was noted that the car would be ready on that Thursday or Friday. No communication was given on Thursday and late Friday, around 5pm I decided to inquire as to the status since I had not heard anything. I was then told they had a problem with one of the parts and had to reorder the par and it would be the next Tuesday This was a problem for me. It would have been much easier if they had let me know when they had an issue so I could make arrangements. Also once I got home, around 30 miles away, I noticed the front fender bumper area seemed out of alignment. Two clips were broken off in that area and several plastic button caps in the fender well were missing. I could tell this was all recent since there was dirt around the area but not were they were missing from. It was easier to order the plastic fasteners and secure all this myself rather than make arrangement to take my car back to the dealer. I m just glad it did not come off while driving down the highway. More

The service I received was excellent. Rosa and the technicians exceeding my expectations by having the diagnostic done fairly quick and the repairs done all in the same day. Rosa was very good about contacting the extended warranty company and working through to get what they need to get their approval. I love the service everyone provides and I was especially pleased to get a shuttle ride immediately. Richard was so kind and helpful too. More
