This was a very good experience. My only negative with the whole experience is the cost of gap insurance. It’s ridiculously higher than going through your own insurance company! I walked in to the dealership wanting to drive a tundra, particularly a platinum. I was greeted by “Ronnie Rosario, sales manager ” who was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. After a few minutes of checking on the computer he said give me a minute and left after asking me if I liked white or black. I’m trading in a black Tacoma so I said white. I explained to Ronnie that I wanted the best price on my trade in and my purchase. He brought out a wind chill pearl Limited hybrid, gave me top dollar for my trade and the “best” price for the new truck. So simple, so quick and a new friend as well. More
