I called to schedule an oil change for My 2024 Silverado and also had a vibration in the dash. I needed checked out. While my service writer Ronita, took care of the notes for the mechanic, I met with Abb and also had a vibration in the dash. I needed checked out. While my service writer Ronita, took care of the notes for the mechanic, I met with Abby to ask if she could help with an ongoing issue with a flaw in the paint on the roof of my truck. This has been something I have called about for months with no resolution. When Abby Bacon discovered that nothing had moved forward toward getting this paint flaw repaired, she immediately started the process to have it addressed by Chevrolet. Abby also made sure that my appointment was scheduled at the time of day to ensure the best travel times for traveling from Vancouver to Gladstone as to avoid rush hour traffic. Abby is a fantastic manager/director. Mcloughlin is very fortunate to have her. She is smart, knowledgeable and makes every effort to satisfy the customer. Thanks Abby!!! Also I want to mention how helpful Ronita was! She researched every question I had about my new diesel pickup, and was very prompt with answers. I was very satisfied with the service I received. More

Before purchase, I specifically asked the salesperson if the 2017 Bolt (buyback vehicle) had new tires - the salesperson said yes and added that the Bolt buybacks get new tires. Sort story: the tires were 5 the 2017 Bolt (buyback vehicle) had new tires - the salesperson said yes and added that the Bolt buybacks get new tires. Sort story: the tires were 5 years old and one had a major defect that caused vibration (tire out of round as diagnosed by McLoughlin's service department). The GM @joekhorasani refused to replace the 5-year-old tires despite the fact that they had been represented as NEW. The salesperson denies he said they were new (of course) and the dealership has offered to put new tires on "at cost" - another $500+ but refuses to do the right thing. REGARDLESS, the tires were OLD and clearly defective and should have been replaced at no cost. Period. More

As a follow up to my issues, Ms. Lazaro has yet to do anything she said to correct my issues. I've been calling for months just to get her voicemail and no return correspondence. When I took a day off of work to speak with her in person she assured me that a conversation would be had with her GM and she would contact me the next day. It's been several weeks and I still haven't gotten a call, email,or any indication that my situation is being taken seriously. Being new to the area has been a challenge and this ordeal has only made matters worse! More

We bought a 2017 Bolt EV back in Jan and the process went mostly smooth but the center display/infotainment panel was nonfunctioning and the sales dept kept saying they'd get this fixed and get someone from mostly smooth but the center display/infotainment panel was nonfunctioning and the sales dept kept saying they'd get this fixed and get someone from the service dept to call us the next day to get is scheduled. No one from the service dept ever did call us and a couple follow ups and two months later with both our sales rep and finance manager produced no results. Our Bolt was GM repurchase and so fortunately under a 12 month extended warranty and fortunately we received a confirmation letter in the mail from GM attesting to this fact. So with this letter in hand, we called the service dept and were able to get it scheduled and repaired, but not after some rude interactions with the service customer service rep. Overall the experience was lest than stellar given our interactions with service and sales never following through on what they initially promised. Basically sales over promised for service's customer service underperformance. The actual work that service did went without any hitches and the display works beautifully! For anyone thinking of purchasing from McLoughlin, before you drive your vehicle off their lot, make sure you get some assurance or perhaps even something in writing of any promises made by sales with regards to service that needs to completed prior to taking possession. More
