Was not impressed with Ron Valentino, did not care at all about customer satisfaction, extremely dismissive and condescending. Only one key given with the car -- he says, "Its a used car, what do you expect?" Car picked up after THREE day wait for "detailing".. car is filthy, license plate thrown on haphazardly drilled into car body crooked, and 1/4 tank of gas. This is the most low budget shady car dealership I've ever dealt with. We would have walked away - if they didn't already have our money, and had no recourse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! More
