I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape last Just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation and gratitude to Jay Badiang and Ronnie Howard. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape last week that had to be delivered to Westminster from White Marsh. Everything went smoothly. I had to have a tire replaced (at no ones fault) due to a balance issue and I could not wait any longer that night, the day of purchase. Ronnie suggested that I leave Koons and take my car to Hagerstown Ford (at my leisure) since they are much closer to me than Westminster. Ronnie (the manager) Jay (Sales) assured me that they would handle everything. Everything went through without a hitch and Ronnie and Jay delivered as they promised! Even the customer in the waiting area at Hagerstown Ford asked how I accomplished purchasing my car over an hour away and getting it fixed in Hagerstown (at a different dealership- mind you) without going through hoops. All I could say was that it was smooth and painless. This was only possible bc of Ronnie and Jay living up to their promises. Thanks guys for a great experience! We weren't happy with our initial experience because the wait for the vehicle was very long. Once we got, home we realized that there was only one key for the SUV and we weren't given the code for the keyless entry. The change oil light was left on and the wiper blades were falling apart. After talking to the head of customer service she assured me that the matter would be resolved. All of the problems were fixed in a timely manner and were free of charge. Initially I said that we would not be returning, but because the dealership acknowledged their mistakes and took the time to resolve them, I will definitely be returning. More
