Roland was able to take care of both recalls on the same day! I was given a rental at no charge for my convivence. Timeliness, communication and overall customer service very poor. Requested diagnosis for failure to start. First fix attempt did not happen till late in the day on Sat. That did not work - called and very poor. Requested diagnosis for failure to start. First fix attempt did not happen till late in the day on Sat. That did not work - called and texted several times Monday with no response from any of the Service Dept numbers. The only ones helpfulnwere the sales team. Finally on Tuesday they replaced the starter. Service Director did not return any calls. A good candidate for lean six sigma study. When I picked up csr it was covered in mulberry residue. They did not go the extra mile or hit the exceptional or express service marks. More
