There Wednesday, car wouldn't start when I needed it on Friday! Messaged, left voice messages last Friday and Saturday. A week later and I have not had any response. Found out it was the key fob battery an Friday! Messaged, left voice messages last Friday and Saturday. A week later and I have not had any response. Found out it was the key fob battery and leaving my disabled veteran at home I replaced it. I had requested this for you to do!!! Also now my car grinds before it starts, and I have a constant No Warnings on the dashboard I have to change every time I have to start the car!!!!! I have been coming to you for six years and have NEVER be treated with such disregard!!! I am defiantly questioning coming back! More

I had an 8am appointment to get vehicle inspected, oil change and tire rotation. Went by to check on status at 230 pm because I could not reach anyone by phone to check. Upon arrival my vehicle hasn't eve change and tire rotation. Went by to check on status at 230 pm because I could not reach anyone by phone to check. Upon arrival my vehicle hasn't even been touched at that point. Went inside service department to be told that it doesn't matter what time your appointment was that they service vehicles based on who sits there to wait regardless of appointment time. This is ridiculous, I made an appointment for 8am so I could run other errands and appointments on the day I scheduled off at my job to accomplish things. Appointment times matter regardless if waiting at dealer or not. If I did not make a fuss I have a suspicion that my vehicle would not have been ready at all that day. More
