Found the SUV that I wanted. Contacted Roel. Explained to me that he can ship the car out to location in Houston also if I couldn’t make it to Dallas. It was going to be no extra charge to ship it to Houston. Astounding to know! Everything was done over the phone and email! Saved me soo much time! I know what you are thinking, why buy a car without even test driving or seeing it in person?! Well if I remembered correctly it was a 10 day money back guarantee! So why not?! Paid a small deposit to hold the vehicle. Processed paper work. All in 2 days of time. Made my trip to Dallas and went in the office to sign my paperwork! Car was even more beautiful in person! Car had autocheck from experience and carfax! So double the check on actual mileage or any accidents! Went ahead and purchased extended warranty which was all worked into one payment! Roel went above and beyond to listen to my needs, my wants and my limits! He made sure to explain anything on the car even some small tiny rock chips that was clearly invisible in my eyes! Lol but I appreciated that! No gimmicks. Although finding the location was a bit tricky because it looks like a warehouse , don’t be skeptical. Walk on in the front door and me amazed at the showroom floor of cars!! This was by far the easiest. .. I repeat the easiest time I had ever had buying a car! I was not in the dealership for 4-7 hours like I use to! I got answers right when I asked a question! I am a woman and I can say... I went to go buy a car without my husband being there and not felt like I got ripped off!! Roel is soo well mannered, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, calls you back when he says he is!! If all sales personnel can be this honest.. Id buy a car yearly! From follow up calls to text messages, he’s remarkable! All referrals I’m sending needs to get the Roel Ortiz treatment !! Will be back in 2 years once I’m done paying off this car!! More

We sent a message on a Sunday while they were closed. Not expecting a response until at least Monday. To our surprise, Roel Ortiz communicated with us within a few minutes. We spoke briefly and he told us he would make sure the vehicle was still in stock and will contact us on Monday. True to his word, he contacted us, finalized everything over the phone and online. We came in that Monday night and drove off without any hitches that same night. Definitely the easiest experience we've had purchasing a vehicle, Highly recommend these guys.
