Very disappointed. Very rude staff members, or at least my last 2 visited were not pleasant. My last visit I was told we can’t give you ride back to pick up your car be Very rude staff members, or at least my last 2 visited were not pleasant. My last visit I was told we can’t give you ride back to pick up your car because we are short staffed, and keep in mind I was there for a vehicle recall! I had to uber to work and uber back to pick my car up. Since I moved to Alpharetta and started coming to your location, I can honestly say that I have never had a good experience. I always get great professional service at Jackson Acura. Yvonne is wonderful to work with. She lets you know that she is there to work with you any way she can. The service is excellent. The showroom and waiting area are clean and comfortable. I like the coffee and snack area too. This is a great place to bring your car for service. Also, Rodney instructed me on how to setup my phone in my RDX. Many many thanks for your help. More
