The dealership was very transparent didn’t have to do the back and forth got on a number everyone was happy with really quick Ryan had been our salesman but was off that day a young man named Tyrell Stewart back and forth got on a number everyone was happy with really quick Ryan had been our salesman but was off that day a young man named Tyrell Stewart stepped in and was simply awesome 2 weeks on the job best experience of my life buying a car he had it all was genuinely serious about making his boss happy and making us feel at home He really really listened to what our needs were aand made money for his company we talked cars and the test drive was the best he was as eager as I was to turn up the nine Bose speakers in a small coupe and see what 455 hp was all about don’t tell his boss about that though lol I’m not a rich man but I’ve bought a Range Rover off showroom floor in Frisco had two or three cars brought to my house or work free of charge from DFW area bough a few from my hometown but felt like I got took a little bit it the first car we’ve bought from norm reeves Toyota but I’ve already talked to Tyrell about another vehicle is my humble opinion that if your serious about taking the stress and anxiety out of the car buying experience please give this dealership a chance and if you want to change it to a dam good time ask for Tyrell Stewart you WILL NOT be disappointed More

Rodney Houston and Andres from Finance gave me the run around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process xxxx for me, despite me putting a deposit down when I first visited the dealership. This lack of response caused me to drive to the dealership uncertain if I would take the car home that day. The drive is 45 minutes . The only silver lining are Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance). After showing up unannounced as Rodney and Andres were not getting back to me, Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance) helped me purchase the vehicle and sign. They had me out in less than an hour, and didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees and or have me waiting around on them. I’m happy I finally have my new car, but I truly hope I never have to do this again. More
