Rodney was great to work with. From the sale to support after the sale, I was very pleased with his service. Aside from a washer fluid issue that should have been addressed during From the sale to support after the sale, I was very pleased with his service. Aside from a washer fluid issue that should have been addressed during the certified used car evaluation and a time-consuming sales process, everything else was good. Rodney Houston and Andres from Finance gave me the run around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process xxxx for me, despite me putting a deposit down when I first visited the dealership. This lack of response caused me to drive to the dealership uncertain if I would take the car home that day. The drive is 45 minutes . The only silver lining are Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance). After showing up unannounced as Rodney and Andres were not getting back to me, Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance) helped me purchase the vehicle and sign. They had me out in less than an hour, and didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees and or have me waiting around on them. I’m happy I finally have my new car, but I truly hope I never have to do this again. More
