He wanted to again let you know that we would be happy to install the taillight once you have it, but unfortunately there isn't much more we can do. We don't typically store customer's vehicles, especially for extended periods of time, so we just don't have any way to get to the root of what happened. Exactly, I spent almost 8 THOUSAND dollars and you damaged my vehicle and won’t replace it . Terrible customer service. thanks for being so “helpful” . That was a lot of money to pick up my vehicle damaged . Thanks but no thanks 👍🏾 better yet how about you replace the light and I can put it in myself smh . I’ll even come pick it up no shipping . imagine spending $7,668 and getting your car back damaged . Then they say bc you took so long to pay us we won’t help you , lol I would never recommend this place just for that horrible experience

I have 3 Cadillacs, a CTS-V, an SRX and the resent purchase of the XT5. The XT5 rear windshield wiper was not working and when I got the car home the rear windshield wiper blade was falling apart. The service manager had all kinds of excuses as to why the rear windshield wiper was broken and falling apart, and as to why it was missed in the safety inspection. I complained about the brakes the day I bought the car and brought it in 3 times and spent numerous hours on all 3 visits waiting for my vehicle so they could check out the brakes. That alone was a mess. The 3rd time bringing it in the service tech went for a ride with me and even he told the service manager something was wrong with the brakes. He told him that right in front of me, the service manager after going back-and-forth tells me that the rotors are too thin to cut again and the pads are I guess too thin to do anything with so I told him replace the brakes I have been complaining about the brakes since the day I bought the car and he refused to put new brakes on the front of the XT5. He said it was expensive so he wasn't going to do it. That is absolutely ridiculous. Apparently they do not take safety seriously, terrible service. I never had an issue with Scranton Motors until now and I do not see myself purchasing another Cadillac after this. I will definitely not recommend Scranton motors to my friends or family again. I'm sure Porsche will appreciate my business.
