First BMW experience couldn't have gone any better! When my son and I initially were looking at moving into a BMW we had different opinions on what our next car would be. We came down to the dealership and we met Robert Wachsman and we were impressed with his professionalism, experience and kindness. He took time and answered all our questions before ordering the car and even after when we came to pick up the car. What really stood out about Robert was when my parents came with me to pickup the car and he noticed my mom was in a wheel chair and he kept thinking on how to get her into the vehicle without getting her wet in the rain. That blew me and my parents away. His thoughtfulness really touched me and my parents. He finally got the idea to have the car be driven up to the front door to get my mom into the car.
