We said yes. He was very knowledgeable and we test drove a couple cars. I wanted to go check out some cars elsewhere and told him we needed to leave. He was pleasant and gave us no pressure. I think I surprised him when we came back later after doing further investigation to make sure this was a good deal. We were able to make an offer which was countered which we accepted. The actual "paperwork" part of the process was surprisingly well organized and efficient. It wasn't the usual three hours I have experienced in the past when buying a car. I've been driving my CRV a few days now, and am very happy with it.

years. 3 weeks ago, I took the accord for oil change and a week later, I checked the oil level as always do, it looked to be overfilled about a quart or 2 so I took it back to have them check the level to see if I am reading it wrong. I talked to Robert , the same advisor that did the oil change. This exactly what he said after I told him my concern with a sarcastic tone, “SO what do you want me to do about it”. I think he needs to go back to school for English 101 and etiquette course.
