Omg when I say they they’re true to their word. I mean it. They Uber me to the lot and sent me home in a new vehicle. I was so happy and excited at the same time. I literally wanted to shout to the top of my lungs inside that dealership. Even though Chris wasn’t helping me he made me feel so welcomed. He took time to talk to me when Robert was busy getting me together. Dragon was so friendly. Robert is the man. When I pulled up he greeted me by my name made it happen. I walked out with a new car. Thank you Sierra Honda. Best dealership around. I recommend go see them. More

Robert Tirado met us and asked if we needed help. We said yes. He was very knowledgeable and we test drove a couple cars. I wanted to go check out some cars elsewhere and told him we needed to leave. He was pleasant and gave us no pressure. I think I surprised him when we came back later after doing further investigation to make sure this was a good deal. We were able to make an offer which was countered which we accepted. The actual "paperwork" part of the process was surprisingly well organized and efficient. It wasn't the usual three hours I have experienced in the past when buying a car. I've been driving my CRV a few days now, and am very happy with it. More
