I think I surprised him when we came back later after doing further investigation to make sure this was a good deal. We were able to make an offer which was countered which we accepted. The actual "paperwork" part of the process was surprisingly well organized and efficient. It wasn't the usual three hours I have experienced in the past when buying a car. I've been driving my CRV a few days now, and am very happy with it. More
