They sold me a new truck with scratches on the paint and plastic, and paint defects in the truck bed. They made numerous promises to fix it, pretended to fix it and actually made things worse. When I followed up they gave me the run around and eventually told me they weren’t going to do anything and it was normal to have scratches on a new car and that I was getting a bed liner so the defects don’t matter. I then left a review and they called begging me to change it. They promised again, deleted my review and refused to address the issues unless I gave a good review first. When I wouldn’t give the review before they did the work, they stopped returning my calls. Unfortunately I had high hopes and I tried to work with them but they don’t care about customer service, only their reviews. I would not trust them again. More
