Kevin was honest, friendly and showed a genuine interest in my comfort. He was sure to explain that if I decided to purchase a vehicle, he would personally handle every part of the transaction. It was so comforting to feel as though I had someone looking out for me, taking care of me and guiding me. This is a departure from many other dealerships and salesman. Kevin didn’t pressure me. He simply helped me. That was refreshing. In addition to Kevin, I also had the pleasure of getting to know Tiago the sales manager. There were a few requests that I had regarding my new vehicle and Tiago was the man who had to field such requests.
