They are patient with me as I research what I am looking for in a vehicle and always fair in their pricing. The finance process with Mike was quick and efficient. The genius (Ian) is a great addition to the team. I left happy and well educated on my new vehicle all the features and bells and whistles.I keep going back to BMW for the brand but more so because of the people and the experience! Well done! More

I just leased my 5th BMW, but as a relatively recent west sider, this was my first lease experience with BMW of Westlake. It far surpassed my prior encounters with other BMW dealerships. I could not recomme sider, this was my first lease experience with BMW of Westlake. It far surpassed my prior encounters with other BMW dealerships.
