Wow, this is not to bring no one down but sharing what I’ve been thru just with a car that will be fix in less than a week. Robert Marr got my car in the service shop for over 3 weeks now, he’s not willin I’ve been thru just with a car that will be fix in less than a week. Robert Marr got my car in the service shop for over 3 weeks now, he’s not willing to help or make sure your car gets out of there. He lack good communication and lack of Respect. Called them All day long but still my car not starting meanwhile they can fix it.so please some help because it’s still in there and I don’t know what to do. More

I've been a satisfied customer with this dealership for over FIFTEEN (15) years. During that time I've owned 5 Mercedes vehicles that were serviced by this dealership. So surpisingly, I was extremely dis over FIFTEEN (15) years. During that time I've owned 5 Mercedes vehicles that were serviced by this dealership. So surpisingly, I was extremely disappointed working with Robert Marr. Unlike past service advisors, Robert Marr did not keep me updated in a timely manner about my vehicle although it had been in the service department for over 12 days. I would only receive a vague text message after several days during the interim that did not provide any actual insight regarding status of my vehicle. He also did not respond to text messages. When I would eventually call due to his unrespponsiveness, he seemed bothered and actually stated that my questions about my inquiry was "SILLY". He was also argumentative during my last communication with him. Note that we only talked maybe twice over a 2.5 week period. Naturally, I was completely offended and made it clear that he was being disrepectful, not only to me as an adult, but as a long time customer who has been supporting this dealership for over 15 years. I hesitated to write this comment because it's unclear whether there will be an actual response by management, but I was compelled to share my disapointment about this bad experience. I was so disapointed that I immediately visited the Catonsville Mercedes dealership to evaluate as a possible alternative for my future service and maintanence needs. More
