I want to start out by saying the SALES MANAGER & SALES ASSOCIATE I worked with were absolutely fantastic and my poor rating in no way on their part. My rating has everything to do with the FINANCE MANAGER ASSOCIATE I worked with were absolutely fantastic and my poor rating in no way on their part. My rating has everything to do with the FINANCE MANAGER being completely rude and not taking accountability for a mistake on the dealerships end. I purchased my Accord on 12/6/2024 and used my previous car as a trade in. My salesman, Austin, was new and very nice. When asked if I wanted to transfer my tags from my trade I said "YES". Let me also state this is only my second time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer so the ins and outs are not second nature to me. After I finished purchasing the vehicle a temp tag was placed and a temp registration. The dealership kept my trade in vehicle tags and registration card... Then I received an email on 12/17/2024 from Wyatt saying I needed to come to the dealership for my tags. When I came to the dealership Austin removed the temp tag, placed the "transferred tags" on my Accord, and took the temp tag. The next week my family and I drove to South Carolina for Christmas for a week... Then I received a call from Jeff on 12/3/2025 with a voicemail stating my tags were in and I could come pick them up at the dealership... If my tags were transferred and I have them on my Accord why would I be getting a call to come get tags?? I then pulled my sales contract and noticed I was charged for tags and not told by any of the three employees working with me that day and I have been driving on dead tags ACROSS STATE LINES with my 6 year old for almost a month! I call to speak to someone about this and get the finance manager, whose name I cannot recall because he was so rude and gave the impression I was making this up that I was so taken back and upset. He did not offer an ounce of an apology nor did he offer to investigate how this happened. He also expected me to drive to the dealership on the dead tags to pick up the new ones. I had the best buying experience at this dealership and told everyone how wonderful it was. However, a 1 minute phone call with the finance manager soured the whole thing and now I regret that I brought my service here. I was at this dealership from 5-11:30pm. I understand mistakes happen but how does this happen?? If a negative start review was possible if would be given in my opinion and negative 100 points for customer care. DO BETTER!! More

I don't even know where to begin with my experience at Heritage Honda Westminster. The experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing and welcoming. I went to two Honda dealerships before landing Heritage Honda Westminster. The experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing and welcoming. I went to two Honda dealerships before landing here and I wish I started here to being with. As a female going to a dealership I always get cheated or recieve an bad deal when going alone but everyone here ensured I got the best deal and worked with me! I personally want to thank the manager Robert Lee for working with me and making me feel like a person and not just another sale. I also want to thank the finance manager Jordan, for going over and beyond to ensure I got the best deal and taking the time to explain everything to be on the financial aspect. Lastly, I want to thank my sales associate Eyoungmbi. He was so patient and kind and made sure I got the car I wanted despite any obstacles. I will forever come here for my car services and future car purchases and recommend to whoever reading this do the same! I will forever be grateful for Heritage Honda Westminster!! More

An appt was booked in advance for this dealership and we asked for someone from west minster to bring one of the honda trucks up from parkville mileone and my son in law got a call yesterday after drivin we asked for someone from west minster to bring one of the honda trucks up from parkville mileone and my son in law got a call yesterday after driving for over an hour that the car was never picked up from your dealership and they didn't have the car. This was a waste and we reached out to the GM and store manager at west minster with 0 replies. at all. This has been a complete waste of time as we have said numerous times we are not across the street. We have purchased numerous cars from Mile One. You just missed out on my husband purchase because he scheduled an appt and no one was there after he drove from dover pa to parkville ! He went to Harrisburg and they brought the car there and accommodated him. Getting someone to come in is 1 thing but then not showing up or calling 15 mins before is unacceptable !! Be careful booking any appts with this dealership ! More

This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve been around the block quite a few times. Everyone that I encountered went above and beyond. Even with not so great credit (and I’m t vehicle and I’ve been around the block quite a few times. Everyone that I encountered went above and beyond. Even with not so great credit (and I’m taking it easy on myself when I say “not so great), they never made me feel like I needed them. Let’s be clear I needed them! This place performed a miracle and I drove off the lot with the car I wanted, the color I wanted, with the features I wanted, the car note I wanted, AND it had a decent amount of gas in it. I recommend Heritage Honda WEST MINISTER, an absolute 10/10. If I go into detail about how AMAZING my experience was you’d think I was lying. It’s almost Christmas and I swear I kept thinking I was in a Hallmark movie, you know they always have a miraculous ending…lol. No but in real life, GO TO HERITAGE HONDA WEST MINISTER AND GET YOU A CAR! Heritage Honda is so lucky to have Robert Lee, Richard Papafio, Bryan Duff, & Deejay Barnett! To the owner of Heritage Honda, if you see this, EVERYONE I MENTIONED NEEDS A SALARY APPRAISAL! For the first time in life I didn’t walk into a car dealership and feel like I was in a pool full of piranhas that were going to attack me because of my credit score! The deal was unbelievable, everyone that I named was knowledgeable, genuine, professional, and they all went above and beyond the call of duty for me. DON’T WALK, RUN TO HERITAGE HONDA IN WEST MINISTER. More

The salesperson Kate was very nice, never pushy, and knowledgable about the car. She did a great job throughout the entire process. Other associates were very warm and welcoming.
