The service department at Ken Ganley is truly fantastic. Josh kept me informed of my car's repairs and cost at each step, and made getting a rental a very easy process. Rob was also awesome, he took the time to explain the technical details of the car's wiring to us. Steve was great also, he assisted when my car was being inspected and needed routine maintenance. The service manager, Bob, went above and beyond- my car was in and out of the shop over the span of a couple of weeks, and he dropped me off and picked me back up at home when needed, so I didn't have to miss work appointments. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much! More

The windshield on my brand new 2021 Tacoma cracked while sitting parked on a hot day. Took a video before driving it showing that it was just a crack and no chip. The dealer refused to cover the defective w sitting parked on a hot day. Took a video before driving it showing that it was just a crack and no chip. The dealer refused to cover the defective windshield costing me $800 plus dollars. Terrible service after they sell you the vehicle!!! More

Stopped in on the spur of the moment in between appointments with my 16 year old to kill some time and see what is out there. I loved my Avalon so I definitely didn't have any intentions on buying. I ended up making a trade that day on the spot. I could not of asked for better service from start to finish. Shaun Muldoon was who took care of us in the sales department. I could not recommend him enough. For me the most important is that I didn't feel I was being "sold" or "handled". He felt like a brother just helping and answering all my questions and giving me all my options. John Mesko handled my financing and warranties. I do not think that I ever had an easier financing situation ever. Walked me patiently through all of my options and gave me exactly what I felt I needed and didn't try to sell me the extras that I did want. Also took the time to explain things to my son who I'm sure will definitely be making a purchase in the future. Robert Killmeyer in parts and service as well as Tony Brashear were like old friends. They made you feel comfortable the whole time and at ease. I had wanted a few extra things that the dealership didn't have and was sent in the right direction. The repour that the dealership had with each other, and in the other departments felt like family. I waited almost a month to write a review because I wanted the excitement to wear off and know that I was truly happy with my purchase. I couldn't be more pleased and I would recommend them to anyone. More

Worst dealer experience I have ever had! This was my first Toyota in 40 years of owning dozens of vehicles and it will be my last. Within 2 weeks of picking up my brand new Tacoma the truck developed an first Toyota in 40 years of owning dozens of vehicles and it will be my last. Within 2 weeks of picking up my brand new Tacoma the truck developed an engine knock. I am a former professional ASE certified mechanic and have 40 years of experience working on cars. On multiple visits Ganley completely blew me off and the service manager gave me a bunch of BS just to make me go away. Ganley never made any attempt to fix the issue! The engine noise was sure to become an expensive engine repair issue at some point and it was so annoying that I sold the truck (with 1693 miles on it!). I am now "happily" driving a Honda Ridgeline! More
