I have never met a friendlier dealership than Ken Ganley because of Justin the GM, Bob, Steve, and Josh in the service dept. These gentlemen are the best they have and the kindest souls I have ever met out because of Justin the GM, Bob, Steve, and Josh in the service dept. What i would say is that the service center team is super nice the service manager is not. In addition their cost is way overpriced and as an example they tell you filter needs changed and they already have nice the service manager is not. In addition their cost is way overpriced and as an example they tell you filter needs changed and they already have pulled out. They then charge you $50 dollars to put filters in and it takes 2 minutes. More

On Oct 28, 2023, around 8:45am my 2017 Toyota Highlander was towed to the aforementioned dealership for a diagnostic and mechanical repair. I arrived at the dealership around 9:00 am and did not see my car. was towed to the aforementioned dealership for a diagnostic and mechanical repair. I arrived at the dealership around 9:00 am and did not see my car. After waiting for about three hours, the service provider informed me I needed a new water pump and it would take three days. On Thursday November 2, 2023 I arrived to pick up the car and saw that the rear passenger side had a considerable amount of damage. On the multi-point inspection form for when the car arrives, there was no note of the damage. When I brought up the damage, Robert Killmeyer, Parts and Service Director, informed me that the car was towed there with the damage and that it was noted on the multi-point inspection form. This was noted on the form four days after the arrival of my vehicle. Mr. Killmeyer was very rude and raised his voice on multiple occasions. I requested to see the security camera footage of when the car arrived; he informed me that the cameras at the dealership were not working. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he informed me that he was the most senior person there. According to the towing company, they plan on sending video evidence, there was no damage when the car was picked up or dropped off. My car also has a camera, but all recordings from the moment the car was loaded onto the tow truck were erased and the camera was turned off. More
