When we went to deliver the check for the new vehicle for our appointment at 2:30, we had to sit there until 5:30 to be taken care of. When we inquired about when to come in to sign he said never mind that they handled it. We just checked today and they did not send the proper payment to pay off the vehicle. We did supply them with the payoff amount plus the per diem per day to make sure the payoff was correct. More
