Steve kept completing informed from the time it was made, during the transport and upon delivery to the vehicle, even when it was delivered on a Sunday when he was not working. Dan, the finance manager was good to work with and was not pushing but helpful in explaining additional coverages for our new Suburban. Jim, who orders the vehicles was helpful also. And we totally have trust in the Service Department with any of the Service Managers and especially Rob who always makes sure we are satisfied with the Service Department. So for all these reasons, that is why we keep coming back to purchase our new vehicles from this dealership. More

I like the service I receive from this dealership on my two vehicles. The people on the frontline in the maintenance shop are for the most part are top notch. And why I say "most part" is only because the newer employees, the ones doing the oil/filter etc. work have not had for the most part are top notch. And why I say "most part" is only because the newer employees, the ones doing the oil/filter etc. work have not had the experience required to be rated as top rate. That is my opinion only. Plus I too know the Service Manager, Robbie, who does his best to watch over all 100% of the time. Personally, I have had only one instance where I felt the service was not up to par and I brought it to the service manager's attention can tell you it was handled immediately and correctly. More
