Took vehicle for repair of blind spot light, they claimed light wasn’t coming on then I came down took it for test drive with mgr and got it to come on less than a mile from dealership. Finally got vehicle b light wasn’t coming on then I came down took it for test drive with mgr and got it to come on less than a mile from dealership. Finally got vehicle back then battery was dead and was told winter’s are hard on batteries when I had no problem with the battery before it went to the dealership it was only when my vehicle was at the dealership that I got an email from OnStar that my battery was critically low. Yet I was told it was due to the winter. I do not plan on going back to have my vehicle serviced there again More

They were very quick and professional when I went in to get my new tires put on then few weeks later to get my oil change done. Pete Smillie, my Service Advisor, listened to my vehicle concerns and corrected all that could be within my oil change visit, including tire rotation; battery replacement; & unexpected lug-nut stem repair. concerns and corrected all that could be within my oil change visit, including tire rotation; battery replacement; & unexpected lug-nut stem repair. An oil leak was found and dye added to locate possible cause at 500 mile re-check. I appreciated the expertise of tech, Marcus McDaniel, as the vehicle was not a GM product but one he was quite knowledgable about. Both Pete and Marcus showed me the good and bad of the underside and engine compartment of my car giving me the knowledge of what is needing correction. I left the dealership feeling confident in my visit that both myself and my car were in good hands. More
