I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

No hassle, very pleasant experience I was welcomed immediately upon entering the building, offered water or coffee, and invited to sit down. I knew what I wanted to look at and test driv I was welcomed immediately upon entering the building, offered water or coffee, and invited to sit down. I knew what I wanted to look at and test drive. The salesman quickly reviewed what was on the lot, located a vehicle and allowed me to look it over before we took it on a test drive. As we drove, the salesman not only described the features of the car but shared funny stories about his family. He was well informed about the car, asked questions about what I wanted/needed in car, made suggestions, but was never pushy. Most importantly, when I thanked him for his time and information, he let me leave without feeling like I was under pressure to commit to anything. More
