Ricky was so patient and helpful. I came from 2 hours away to get the specific used vehicle I'd been looking for so I had lots of questions prior to making to the trip. Ricky was always very responsive and went the extra mile to send me pictures multiple times, as well as many calls and texts over a period of 8 days. Also just a very nice and personable guy. As far as the dealership, I was satisfied with the experience. But I agree with another post that refers to the long wait time to complete all paperwork, financing, etc. I financed through my credit union so I came with the check ready to go, but was still there a total of 4 hours. I understand that it's a business and up selling is part of that. But I feel like too much time was spent promoting the ceramic coating protection and additional warranties during the financing portion. More

I have to say I’m quite disappointed with my experience at Family Hyundai. I understand the car I bought is not a Hyundai, but being lied to and constantly put on the back burner is beyond poor service. Wh at Family Hyundai. I understand the car I bought is not a Hyundai, but being lied to and constantly put on the back burner is beyond poor service. When we closed on the car, we shook hands on the agreement that you would provide a second key, which has yet to be delivered. I was also misled about receiving a rental car while my vehicle was undergoing warranty work. My experience today was particularly frustrating. I dropped my car off last night for an 8 a.m. appointment for the warranty work. By 1 p.m., after not receiving any updates, I called the dealership. The service representative I was working with did not return my call, and I had to follow up myself. I was then informed that my rep had already left for the day and that I would have to wait until the following morning. I couldn't do this as I had borrowed a relative’s car. I also raised the issue that I was told I could get a loaner car from the dealership. The service secretary was surprised by this and contacted the yourself, which resulted in me being placed on hold and not receiving a response. While I eventually got an update on my vehicle, I was also told about a $100 deductible for any warranty work—something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. More

Waited way too long for paperwork. They didn't bother to say it'll be 2 hours so that I could at least go get lunch.
