Arrigo Sawgrass is the absolute worst dealership I have ever done business with. The lack of professionalism from the leadership team I experienced the first time I purchased a vehicle there is only shadow ever done business with. The lack of professionalism from the leadership team I experienced the first time I purchased a vehicle there is only shadowed by the incompetence of the tech team that worked on my second vehicle that I just dropped off for the 3rd time this week alone. A simple fix of a mandated recall turned into 3 new issues caused by the dealership that they seem unable to fix. As soon as this lease is up any business with Arrigo, and possibly Jeep altogether, will end. More
