Unorganized, hot mess, pulled up no one came to me had to get out and find someone to help me!! had an appointment told one hour, got the video car was done at 3:55 at 4:45 still could not find Richard, car get out and find someone to help me!! had an appointment told one hour, got the video car was done at 3:55 at 4:45 still could not find Richard, car sitting out front.. finally found someone to give me my keys.. they said Richard would email receipt (STILL NO RECEIPT) opened my car and it was full of Trash no one took out the paper or plastic just thrown on passenger seat and I have pictures which I posted to google!! No customer service so sad!! More
