Appointment not honored. Truck sat for two hours past my appointment time when I was told the recall parts were in and they were not. Replacing a relay and the transmission Truck sat for two hours past my appointment time when I was told the recall parts were in and they were not. Replacing a relay and the transmission dip stick shouldn’t cost me an entire day of my life. I’m 79 years old and these days are becoming more precious to me than to be wasted, lied to and expecting me to believe the excuses. Otherwise, Rich was attentive, friendly and diligent when faced with how the whole department was too automated. I’ve tried several times at both Arrigo dealerships to get these recalls repaired over the past year with the same excuses and non performance. I am warned the repairs may cause a vehicle fire if not completed. We travel about two thousand miles every month between here and northern Florida and are now on an 6,000 mile round trip to northern Wisconsin and points beyond without the repairs having been done. I was told if there isn’t transmission fluid leaking on my driveway, I should be OK. That doesn’t cut it with me. This review should be passed on to Dodge. Your service department should be the heart and soul of your dealership, not a con job. FYI …The high energy music (on a boring repetitive loop) in the showroom overwhelmed the ambience and drowned out the volume for the beautiful television in the customer lounge. It became annoying. More
