I brought my car in for recall & passenger restraint system warning light. The warning light issue happened last year and needed to be updated. I was told this was a different issue this time & to wait system warning light. The warning light issue happened last year and needed to be updated. I was told this was a different issue this time & to wait an hour for the dx. I waited for over 2 hours to be told a laundry list of items including that it was the air flap issue again. Said he emailed my warranty co to see what they would cover. I waited another three hours. No one offered me water or came and gave me an update or even texted an update. I was provided a loaner at 51/2 hours and went home. Zero updates. Turns out I had one issue and flaps was mechanical issue not electrical and not covered under warranty. No video sent of damage but it would be $1,500 to fix. I said no to flap repair and yes to the seal repair. When I picked up my car-everything was fine. No warning lights. So, what was it because if the flaps were damaged wouldn’t that cause an issue? I am still wondering what happened to the list of things that were wrong. I just want to know what actually happened. Terrible service. And I keep getting emails you want to buy my car. No thanks I’ll go to bill jacobs. More

Great service. I will definitely be back. He was very patient and communicated with me on how long my car would take to get repaired. He made sure I had a car to ge I will definitely be back. Lyn was extremely nice at the service desk. Cashier was nice. Richard was not nice nor helpful at all. He had his vape on his desk and treated me as if I was the biggest bother in the world. I would never bring my car back to be serviced with him again. He lost my keys as well as was not on top on his job when it came to my car which is why I chose to have my car serviced else where. More

Amazing experience. I was told what services were due, how much each service would cost and an ETA. I was given a shuttle back to my house until the car was ready and I I was told what services were due, how much each service would cost and an ETA. Richard pool always does an amazing job at servicing my fleet and always having me leave happy. I sometimes wish service was due sooner just to see richard and the amazing team.
